  • LINDA PROCTOR-MERRITT, LIFE PRACTITIONER, AUTHOR, EDUCATION SPECIALIST

    Linda Proctor-Merritt is a woman of passion, purpose and vision with over twenty years of hands on experience in the areas of speaking, training, organizing and facilitating. Linda's tailored presentations are interactive, informative and entertaining. She believes in utilizing her business acumen and personal experiences to teach real life-applications.

    Linda has a superlative talent in simplifying information with her analogy approach and her energetic style in delivering strategic resolutions derived from iconic thinking. She is a life-long learner with a limitless capacity of emotional intelligence that displays consistent compassion as she orchestrates perceptions, thoughts and feelings which ultimately lead to resolution. She is often referred to as a Life Practitioner.

    She also delights in inspiring adults through interactive and informative workshops on professional and personal development. The best part is her love and zest for life alone causes people to immediately see her natural gifts and talents in managing projects, business, and professional coaching.

    To increase family cohesiveness, Linda shares her expertise with the Juvenile Justice Center facilitating educational life skills, character development and parenting workshops to increase parent and teen communication. She has expanded her reach, as a Private Education Specialist for families with a 3-year-old preschooler; to embrace the magical year of three and achieve the developmental and cognitive milestones.

    JAY WHITE is an entrepreneur at heart with a plethora of gifts and talents that he’s been able to merge into a viable lifestyle. Jay not only inspires others domestically to tap into their gifts and talents but also travels the world as a life coach. Jay does everything from writing and directing movies, commercials, and videos to performing as an artist that combines spoken word and tap dance. Jay has a publishing company and to date has published ten books with more in the works. Jay has a haberdashery line (DESTINYBRANDSLLC.COM), his own line of fine wine (UNCOMMON) and most recently released a fragrance line (EMBRACE). Jay is the owner of the world famous Pedicabs Atl (pedicabsatl.com) headquartered in Historic West End Atlanta, Georgia but his proudest accomplishment is helping young boys to transition into becoming men through his organization (NOG - [NATION OF GENTLEMEN]).

    As a life coach, JAY travels the world using tap dance, spoken word and preaching to encourage and motivate audiences to not only live the purpose The Source (God) meant for them, but he also helps provide a roadmap for them to get there. He has performed his poetry and tap dancing in Ghana, Thailand, China, Dubai, St. Thomas, Belize, Johannesburg, Cape Town South Africa, and Brazil.   • NEVAINA RHODES - AUTHOR, SPIRITUALIST & DRAMA THERAPY SPECIALIST

    She is the answer to the question…the solution to the problem…anointed and appointed to be a Woman on a Mission and to inspire others to be the same.

    As unique and gifted as her name, Nevaina (Nih-von-yah) has empowered thousands of women and youth to make better life choices. With more than 15 years of experience as a drama therapy specialist, she has worked with adjudicated youth, abuse survivors, doctors, lawyers, teachers and more. Nevaina worked for four years with the Emory School of Law Training Program as a Communications Specialist. She has been featured in many national ad campaigns, was seen as Carmen on House of Payne, Iris on Somebodies, Chante in the Wronged Man, and most recently was the award-winning lady in Green in the stage play “For Colored Girls…” directed by Jasmine Guy. Nevaina is the author of the memoir “Conversations with Colored Girls” in which she tells of her play experience with Jasmine, Nicole Ari Parker and Robin Givens.

  • LAWRENCE TRIBBLE - BACHELOR SCIENCE COMMUNICATIONS, ENTREPRENEUR, AUTHOR

    Graduated with a bachelors degree in communications from The University of Toledo in 1996 . Since then he has been actively involved in advocating for our youth, through foster parenting, mentoring and the establishment of Her-Em- Ahket Boy’s Academy that he founded in 1999. Lawrence is a visionary with the potential to transcend barriers of our youth such as race and economic status, by setting examples of what it is to be Driven , Focused and Prepared. Lawrence has successfully taught young men to maximize their potential and inspired them to be the next leaders of their generation. Always putting Faith First he is a member and active youth leader at world Changers international. established“The Village50”, a non profit organization comprised of 50 progressive African American men with a vision to aid in the development of young men who have no positive role models. His goal is to collaborate with other inspired, concerned community leaders and build an atmosphere that will cultivate and help develop are future leaders of tomorrow.

  • MATTHEW REED - BACHELOR OF SCIENCE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, MBA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE, ENTREPRENEUR

    Matt is a native of East Point , Georgia born July 3rd 1997. Matthew graduated with an MBA from Georgia State University along with being the owner of Pax Logistics Company. Matt is an avid reader, enjoying small stories along with world and financial history. Matthew is a proud graduate of the historic Tuskegee University. Being 24, Matthew embarks on the ambitious goals of becoming an author coupled with being a Developer of Commercial Real Estate. Above all Matthew is an advocate for excellent physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

  • BRANDON MERCER - BACHELOR OF SCIENCE MATHEMATICS (MAY 2022), NMB AMBASSADOR

    Brandon is an energetic, hungry and humble young man on a journey to constructing a path for greatness and success in every aspect of life. He’s a senior at Edward Waters University on a path to graduate with a stellar 3.9 GPA and Bachelor of Mathematics degree in the months to come. After graduating in May of 2022, up next will then be to study for a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from FAMU. Brandon’s commitment to studies will soon begin to aid in acquiring many resources so that he can have a greater impact in his community. Repetitively, Brandon has always strived to be competitive, intelligent, and resourceful. Most of all, Brandon reveres his most positive role-model (since the age of 11) mentor, and now business partner Jay White –who is beyond doubt a huge part of this journey.

    As a great listener and friend, Brandon can be depended upon to exemplify great leadership skills and has many accomplishments that elucidate his student life, family life, and work life. From volunteering with Berean Christian Church to feed the homeless and provide gifts for children during the holidays to leading others in PedicabsAtl (one of his many jobs), Brandon’s biggest joy is being a role model for younger siblings and a pupil to older siblings and for elders to admire. He’s a well-rounded person that is truly respected by many.
